At Threefold Vintage, every item is hand-selected and one of a kind. Because our inventory consists of unique vintage pieces, all sales are final.
Returns
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Incorrect size or fit
- Change of mind
- Buyer's remorse
Please review all product descriptions, measurements, and photos carefully before completing your purchase. If you have any questions about an item, don't hesitate to reach out before ordering.
Order Cancellations
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or changed. Please verify your shipping address and order details before checking out.
Vintage Condition
Vintage clothing is pre-owned and may show signs of age and wear that are consistent with its history. While we carefully inspect every item and make every effort to photograph and disclose any notable flaws, minor imperfections may still be present. These characteristics are part of what makes each piece unique and should be expected when purchasing vintage clothing.
Incorrect Orders
If you receive the wrong item or believe there was an error with your order, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. You can reach us by Instagram DM or by email at otooletrey@gmail.com. Please include your order number and photos of the item you received. We'll review the issue and do our best to make it right.
